What kind of lighting are you running over the tank? Anemone's require very high lighting as well as pristine water conditions that a three week old tank really can't provide.

1 30 WATT AQUA RAYS (F30WT8-AR-FS)
1 30 WATT Ocean Sun 10,000K T8
Are these sufficient? my tank is 19" high.
Those Anemones are Condy, based on what I heard they don't need that much light.

I did a little reading up on condy's and the verdit is split on the lighting requirements. Some say med to high, some say low to med. So...found this article: http://www.terra-et-mare.net/htdocs/Departments/Marine/anemones.htm
Dr. Shimek seems to know his stuff, but I'll refrain from voting yay or nay on that subject since I'm not an anemone expert by any means. However, the one thing I think we all agree on is that a 3 week old tank doesn't have the stable water conditions that an anemone needs to survive and thrive.

i have to agree with Sugar Magnolia, your pushing your luck with your tank, i can't see a tank fully cycled at three week let alone ready for the bioload you've placed in there, the tank looks good so far though and i wish you luck. every tank needs time to mature, fw or sw and you've rushed yours from the start and i think you'll have troubles in the end

nice lion. :D
Nice looking tank you got going there big guy. Do be carefull though if you are moving things along too quick, I would hate to see a disaster with such a nice start behind you already! You should share pics more often!!! That tank is looking too nice to be hiding it...

Dunno about having that heater in there with the wire, looks like the salt may eat through it eventually? I'd be careful, depends on the heater instructions though. I know mine says "WATER LEVEL" on it, and that's well below the top of it. Might want to double check.. but what do I know, I'm a newbie :)
