Has anyone dealt with aquacon?

Has anyone ever purchased anything from these people. They seem to have a wide variety of corals.

yes, o man they made me angry. i ordered a starpolyp and when it arrived i got some ugly little brown polyps instead that are now all over my rock. also, the starfish i ordered appeared to be hamburger meat when it arrived. and most of the rock i ordered from them was crushed to gravel in the box. maybe i just had a bad expirience but i dont think ill order from them again.

Need I say much more...? Use them at your own risk, you might make out okay but you might get jacked too. Just take a good look at there website, most of the pics have been Hi-Jacked from others websites including thier compitition. Last Time I looked there were several Pics from ORA, Drs Foster and Smith, Clams Direct just to name a few most poorly doctored to remove company logos that were on them! They are strictly playing the numbers game to make a buck at all cost!

Yea as stated I think the name says it all. What were they thinking with that name? Something about the website turned me off and then I realized the they had CON in their name and I immediately left the site. :shock:

Everything I have read and heard about this company has been negative...if it were me I would stay away.

Yeah they have a forum at thier site too and I think its a sham. I think employees are the moderators and staff and they so promote the company big time. It just seems to me to be such a smoke screen its pathetic.

There are very few placed that I recommend against. I would go to the extent of recommending anyone but them. Buying from them is like playing russian roulette. There are much better sights out there to deal with that are far more reputable to risk shopping at aqua-con, trust me. You can do better! Granted that aqua-con is cheaper on many items but so is the quality, not to mention the service.

If you look at the price of thier rock it seems cheap since shipping is included but if you do a little math...almost any place you buy rock from will be cheaper when its all said and done!

Like I said...shop anywhere but there!!!
