Isn't this illegal? I was looking for vendors for 250 watt 15K DE MH bulb and I find information on growing and cultivating cannibis. Several sites in fact. That's just wrong! How are these guys allowed to keep that information on the web?

hmmm.....not sure of the legality of it....there are some states that allow you to grow it for "medicinal" purposes....I think as long as they are not selling it, it's not illeagal, but I'm not sure...

Yes, I think that falls under the freedom of speech thingy in our constitution. But, be asured, that these sites, and people ordering from them are most likely being watched.

Most likely not. A lot of the sites being watched...monitor visitors, and log them...and they are 'watched' after multiple visits. But I can assure you...they don't watch everyone that requests information on Marijuana. Nuclear weapons, yes, Anthrax, yes, but not drugs.

lol yeah and not Psilocybin
leaffish75,
I also HIGHLY doubt they were actually selling 'shrooms' on the internet. Although many moons ago, when I was a retard, I stumbled across spores and grow kits when I was looking at growing some, thank God I never did, or I'd be in jail...so I started growing corals.
:hmm2:
Possessing the knowledge isnt against the law, acting on the information most likely is. In fact there are "seed banks" where you can actually buy seeds from some pretty impressive "stuff" but when they mail it to you its doubtful it will arrive. The DEA is notorius for setting up such "sites" and then tagging and bagging you for ordering and taking delivery. Morally correct, probably not depending upon how you feel about it. But sometimes there is a price to be paid to one degree or another for the freedom which we all enjoy to one extent or another. This is just one of those prices...Some will use the freedom of speech to societies benefit and some wont. It is pretty amazing some of the things you can find on the net though, aint it?

Yea, true that.
This is why the net, is so informative. I believe in Freedom of Speech. Just some people shouldn't have internet access!
Especially immature 13 yr olds...they'll most likely blow their hands off reading the Anarchist's Cookbook, which contains numerous ridiculous formula's and concoctions, that some work, and some don't, but most are highly dangerous and it was put together by a 'demonstrator', and now he has a family and kids and wish he never wrote the book because he's hurt so many people by writing it. Although there are pyrotechnical forums on the net, that are very informative yet safe at the same time, as I'm a pyro enthusiast, as in like fireworks, not explosives :)

Cannabis sativa is not illegal everywhere you know. And the only reason C. sativa is illegal is cuz people can grow their own. You can't grow tobacco on your backyard.

I don't understand why you would want to get your fish high anyways!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In California we have Medicinal clinics but the Feds keep shutting them down. They just pack up and move down the street and reopen until the Feds find out again. Kinda funny!

romunov,
You are indeed correct...there is no way to tax Marijuana, so they made it illegal...although one day, legal versions may exist, they will never have control over it, just like they don't now anyway.
By the way, you can grow tobacco in your backyard...you just can't sell it.
Aquaman,
Why would they be shutting them down? Medical marijuana, is legal in some states, including Cali, I thought.

I think you can also have 7 plants growing if you have a medical card from your doctor. But that doesn't mean that the Feds won't bust you.
