I know this is a pointless dumb question, but are there any cleaningfish that would be compatible with a picasso trigger and a pocupine puffer?

hmmm....no such thing as a pointless or dumb question..... the only dumb question is the one you didn't ask.....:D
What kind of cleaner are you referring to? Parasite eater like a wrasse? Algae eater?

The Lunare Wrasse seem like a good match for my father in law Picasso, however they say those can be rather agreesive to anything you may add in the future.

the cleaner wrasse will eat parasites....
As far as algae grazing fish, the only one I can think of off the top of my head that *might* be ok would be a tang...most of them can hold their own against more agressive tankmates...but it's always a gamble....

Not sure about getting along with triggers but a Foxface rabbit fish will clear up most hair algae problems, just be carefull with their dorsil fins they have poisin in them. If it's just algae on the the glass go for snails.
