i bought a tube coral and it is suggested that you feed it micro-plankton or vitamin-enriched brine in each of its polyps. What is the best method to this and also what is the best source of micro-plankton?

I'd try the zooplankton that makes up Cyclop-eeze there's a post going on it as we speak. I tryed to get as much informative info as I could find at the time. HTH

If you have to do precise feedings, I've used a plastic turkey baster with success.

I have tried that and it seem that the current takes all the contents. Is there any way to put the contents completly in the polyps without the current taking itor is it getting enough.

I'm lucky in that I can redirect my returns so as not to interfere with direct feedings. I put my artemia directly into my main return pump's intake so that it's spread throughout the tank to as many critters as possible.

Try turning off the pumps for a few minutes during direct feedings.
