Here is a photo of the newest addition to my reef...Green Fox Coral (Nemanzophyllia turbida)
I also added a purple pearl coral...(Physogyra)....but none of the photos of it turned out...I'll post some later...
Note all the dead bubble algae shells....I won the battle (they are all dead) but I stil have all these white husks left over :x

Thak you Conni....it's by far the best looking Fox coral I've seen at the LFS in a long time, both color and generally healthy looking. It is still getting used to my water chemistry and my lights, it keeps expanding and shrinking, but I think it will be ok.
The purple pearl bubble I also got is pretty spectacular....very good pink/purple color, and LARGE...it's shapred like a cross, probably 9-10 inches of total skeleton length...I'll try to get a pic of it on tonight....

Wow! I'd like to see that! I've always been interested in bubble coral, so show us a pic if you can!

here is a link to some macros I posted awhile back...one of them is of my existing bubble...

Bubbles are cool....very easy to care for, but must be given lots of space, as they have really long sweepers that can sting other corals...

Looks awesome Mike. Very nice choice. What camera did you take those macros with?

Nathan, actually, I used a Sony DVD camcorder....the photos are only one megapixal, but the optics on the sony are very good, it takes suprisingly high quality macros! Note....I had to take several photos, for every good one I got I took at least 5 bad ones...but since the DVD will hold like 7000 pictures, it wasn't a problem.... :D

Beautiful new Fox Coral Mike, I have been thinking about getting one too. My LFS said they require basicly the same care as a bubble coral- I havent done too much research on them yet...Any tips on keeping a Fox?

ZenKitty, this is my first fox coral....I've seen them many times before in the LFS but I've always either got a different coral I wanted more or just didn't think the specimen looked "healthy" enough...
I believe it is generally reguarded as an "easy" coral to keep, and their care is similar to bubbles and open brains...low to medium flow, near the bottom, moderate light...
I'll keep you all up to date on how it does
Mike
