Well my Flame Angel has died of old age and I am at a loss for what kind of fish to put in next. Currently I just have a Yellow Striped Maroon Clown and a few hermits. Dose anyone have any suggestions of what fish I should put in next. If you want more info on my tank setup just click on the mytank button. :-D :-D :?:

how agressive is the maroon clown?

You could go with another dwarf angel...lemonpeels are pretty neat...

That would be my main concern too. I like watchman gobies they can be pretty interesting.

He seems perty calm never had any problems with him attacking other fish.

I'd be a little concerned about him defending his territory as soon as you introduce a new fish....so I'd look for something that will hold its own. Most Dwarf Angels will fit the bill...

One of my favorite dwarfs is the Rusty Angel, very cool, reletively inexpensive, and more than able to defend itself, I used to love to keep them. However, I really don't know about a rusty's suitability in a reef tank....

What if I move things around in the tank then add the new fish. That way it will seem different to the Maroon and will not pay attention to the new addition. My wife wants to add a second Maroon but I dont thing that is such a good idea. Others have given some options that maybe a species of wrasse.

rearanging the tank or moving the maroon to a QT can help....

not sure on the wrasse...that's one family of fish I really don't have much experience with....

There are a couple wrasses at Sharky's Reef, if you threw in a couple corals you'll really save on shipping with his current $29 special. (Just pluggin' a sponsor here!)
