i actually have thought of that, there is one growing on the side of the rock thats going to make placing the rock difficult

They will kinda "move" on their own....given the right conditions, you may not even need to frag them, I have 4 different species that have spread like crazy through my tank.

The shrooms on the right hand side of my pic I believe are the same as yours (starburst). They are the oldest shrooms in my tank, nice and hardy. They like somewhat indirect light (I have VHO/PCF) and low flow.

those look great Mike, i hope mine do as well, the lfs i bought these from i believe have their coral tank under no lighting, while they had the lid open i took a peek under there and all i saw was one white flour bulb and one blue actinic, these mushrooms where at the top of the tank

looking good!....I see spots of coralline growing on the back... :D

I'd put them in a somewat shady area....not in the shadow of the rock, but not directly under the light either. Mine like low flow...looking at your pics, I'd suggest placing them in the left hand corner of your tank, between the small LR and the larger one behind it (if your flow is low there).

the coralline is spreading like crazy, it makes me think i must be doing something right :) i'll try moving the mushrooms, i need to reaquascape the tank anyway just to make the rocks a little more stable and to make places to add corals

yeah....I've been through that a few times....

looks ok so far...
here's a tip....stack the rock instead of trying to balance it...you have the advantage of no coral yet....so you can get the rock placed well....push down on it and wiggle it, make sure it is stable.

Also, make sure you arrange it so you can place coral, add more LR, ect....it's tricky, but you'll get it...
:D
