F.O.R.M.???

Has anybody used this product? F.O.R.M. (Funky old reef mud) Is it any good? Somebody reccomended it to me to help with the coralline algae growth and care. It is made by Marc Weiss Marine.

The problem I have with most Marc Weiss products is that he does not disclose information on the ingrediants. Also most of his products do little more than dump excess nutrients into your system. IMO most people who have used his products will tell you the same thing....they rarely do what is advertised, they simply raise your nutrient levels.

Personally, I would not use it. I mean, who knows what is actually in it? I don't like putting anything in my tank unless I have a pretty good idea of exactly what is in it...

There are other ways as well, have you tried raising calcium and what is your lighting?

What do you consider to be a safe calcium reading after dosing for my 10 gal tank?

most reefkeepers shoot for 400-450 ppm calcium, @ around 2.5-4.0 meq/L alkalinity.
