xenia lighting

Okay im going to set up a 40 gallon breeder with 4 leaffish. I want to add some shrooms and some xenia. I have a double flourescent fixture. Would 2 10k flourescents be enough for just these two?

Yes.

I'd go with PC 8) Then they'll thrive.

If you can afford to upgrade I would go with at least PC, but yes you can keep Xenia and Shrooms under normal output (NO) fluorescents but be sure to place the corals higher in the tank.
