I have two 270 gallon per hour rotating powerheads plus one 200 gallon per hour Rio powerhead. Along with this my main pump returns approximately 300-400 gallons per hour from the sump.
Is there a recommended rate say 5x per hour or 10x per hour? Including the sump I have approximately 85-90 gallons of water volume.
Thanks :)

ya and when I replace my powerheads, right now Im running 1- 600 and 1- 900 maxi-jet and I think im going to run 2- 900 next time. I've found if you can runn with out blowing your sand all over every thing stays cleaner in the tank, plus you have seen how much rock I use,I want water to push threw all my rock so I don't get debris building up.
