When i feed my feather duster phytoplankton it lets of stringy mucus fromm the feathers. it is doing great and looks good and it only happens when i feed it. i was just wondering if that was normal?

I freaked out when my duster did this. I did a web search and found on wetwebmedia.com that it's sexual stuff and they do it in good times and bad. Don't sweat it!
