Starting a nano

I have a little i think 1.5 gallon tank i wanna make a nano out of it is it possible to do, if so what can i put in it saying i get this ultra compact lgihting kit i saw, like what anenmoes or a clown if possible

p.s i have an intank filter i dunno what it is, its a whisper somthign or other, no heater because the incadectn lighting has been keeping it at 78, when i get the compact flurecent though should i geta heater i dunno what im doing wiht such a small tank

Might get somne info on what you could keep. I don't think you should place an anemone or a clown, but polyps might work best, if you would work with that?
