Hey, I just to show this stuff off to everyone.I got it from Hlrocks and this stuff is Awesome!! 50 lbs for 70 $ with shipping, I mean look at it!! Let me know what you guys think.

it looks great, if i ever set up a larger tank i think i would use hirocks for my base

The shape is cool, and the price is awesome. My draw dropped, however, when I received my rock from marinedepotlive.com. I paid a hefty price for it, though ($150 or so/45 lbs)...

These rocks are just plain rock...no curing is needed...although you might want to wash the rocks with water and let them soak a little.

are you talking about the Hirocks stuff or the the stuff from marinedepotlive?

They aren't anything.
They are plain jane rocks.
They can be liverock, once they are seeded with other rock, but they are sold as 'base rock' which is dead rock...its not even wet :) . But now, they aren't anything, as I stated before. Just wash them off, and soak them if you wish.

So you do realize this is plain rock...dead rock...and it has no life on it.
IF you buy liverock...I'd try to buy from a source that cures it, so you don't have to cure it :)
