New Refugium

Hey guys I just bought an 18 inch refugium for my 10 gallon tank. What do you pros suggest I put in there. I know some guys use the mud stuff and some use LR. WHat is the best? I have a 10 gallon Reef Tank. Any input would be great. Thanks.

I suggest using anything BUT caluerpa. It ends up releasing all the nitrates back in the water, when it goes thru its sexual ordeal :)
