can anyone with a cap filter maybe lead me to how i adjust the flow rate.I only have a 35 and this monster powerhead.Can it be adjust to fit the situation?

I know with the one I had there was a piece that you could put on the output side that had a gatevalve to adjust the flow. I have two extras if you need one.

Thank you very much for the offer, but, that is a peice that I already have.My problem is that when I use it as a powerhead it shoots out a bunch of tiny white bubbles,soo much that it overwhelms the fish.I thought that might mean that the flow was too high.It does that even with the gatevalve adjusted all the way to low
