clownfish spots

When I purchased my clownfish they had no spots on them, but now after about a month they have developed black spots on them. It looks like its internal not on the outside of the clowns. What is this? They are behaving the same and eating normal, anything to worry about?

could you describe the spots a bit more? are they like lumps under the skin, or like small specks just on top of the skin?
