What do you all think about grape calurpa. Any good?

i have heard bad things about calurpa in general. this algae tends to go in cycles of crash, comeback. the crash comes from out of the blue, then it releases lots of nutrients back into the water, often causeing a nasty ammonia/then nitrite, then nitrate spike, from this info, i would suggest getting some cheatomorpha algee. i have heard only good things about this, also a good choice would be turtle grass

i prefer razor calurpa but cheto is much better.
