in tank brine shrimp?

it looks cool, but it the saltwter never mixes, how do the shrimp get out? this troubles me slightly, as the shrimp will need a full water route to get into your tank... which cant really happen without the water mixing. i know my pont seem small, but they say the water never mixes, and one flase claim may indicate many....
