 Every time I put my hand in my tank to move something or do a water change my percula clown fish nip at me! I only have 2 perculas in a 55 gallon reef tank and I am planning on introducing my Flame Angel (who has been in quaratine) next week. Are the clowns going to attack the Angel? They attack me and I'm bigger! Any suggestions on how to put the Angel in without being bullied? I can't really move rocks around with corals and such.

Question do you have Anemones? If so are the Clowns attached to them? I have a Maroon and yellow stripe clown who was as dosile as a lamb until I put a rose bubble tip anemone in there, he took to instantly and now everytime I put my hands in or near the tank he comes after me. But he does not bother the other fish other than to kind of swim out and get in their way if they get too close to his home. I don't think they will bother the Flame Angel at all. Maybe just let it know where to stay clear of. In a couple of days things will settle down and go back to normal.
If possible i also say see if you can move some rock around, to make it seem like a new place for the clowns, if you have corals and a full rock going on, i understand if that's not possible.

my black perculas nip my fingers & practically jump into collection cups etc when I am doing maintenance & can get majorly in the way - all in the hopes of a feed! They have worked out my hands are connected with food & go ballistic when I have to put them into the tank LOL
Maybe you have a similar thing happening?
