Well my tank is a standard perfecto 75 gallon tank with custom full length overflow with 19.5" of linear overlow. This leads into two 1" bulkheads that go into a durso style drain in my custom 3 compartment acrylic sump. There my water is fed in my turboflotor1000 and the exhaust flows into my sump. The other drain leads into a bed of rubble liverock for excellent filtration. It is then returned via a Mag 9.5. For lighting I have I have 2x250 watt ushios off of pfo ballasts with 110w vho actinic supplements fed of an ic660. The hood is a custom oak fixture with 2 four inch fans and pfo reflectors. For in habitants I have a nemo, that is all.

durso is a joke, he copied everything from a magazine article that i had 11 years ago, he copied it word for word. the method does work, but i was making them that wasy for over 11 years.
calling something a durso standpipe is the biggest joke i have ever heard, all he is doing is fooling alot of newb aquarist that have been around for less than 10 years
