Would it just eb cheaper and nicer to do a nano cube? comes with filtration, and a ppower head, also the lighting is a 24 watt 50/50 compact flurecent. would that be enough lighting or shoudl i jack that up more?

What do you feel would be better for two clowns and corals, and maybe and anemone or two

Thanks
Sean

OK, well i would only put 1 clownfish in the 7 gallon.....and i have a nanocube and its nice, its not setup yet, but the lighting ain't no good for anything a serious reefer would like, but good for the newbi, it can house shrooms, zoos, polyps, but def NOT Anemones....You could fit 2 clowns in the nanocube, but that would be it with the clean up crew too

I'm w/ Puffy on this one. In a Mini-Bow, I wouldn't do more than one clown. If you want to add an anemone, I'd suggest you wait a few months or atleast until you understand these delicate creatures. IF and when you do decide to add an anemone, I'd suggest a BTA, as they are pretty hardy and don't get big like most other anemonies.

As for cost, I'd say you're looking to spend around 150. That includes your Power Compact Lighting, sand, LR, and so forth.

but anemones are hard to have in small aquariums, they get to big

Hmmm....I'd be a little wary about keeping an anenome under PCF alone...it might get plenty of intensity, but I'd be a little worried about the spectum issues...

Also with an anenome in a 7 gal. you will have to be pretty religious about maintenance-topoffs, salinity, temperature, ect....
