I am in the research phase of my marine aquarium experience. I have many years of experience with fresh water aquariums. I like to do things slowly and learn as much as I can before i start. I will be setting up a 180 show tank soon.

Good for you that you are taking the time to do all the necessary research beforehand.

Since you've kept freshwater fish, you already have a leg up on knowing how to cycle a tank. It is not that much different for a reeftank.
