Brown Algae

I believe i have brown alage growing im 2 weeks into ym cycling period i have 2 yellow damsels in the tank for a week and a half, is it neccasary to purchase a cleaning crew now or in the future, its going to be a FOWLR tank,
With
1 Flame Angel
1 Algae Blenny
1 Pseudochromis Fridami
1 Bicolor Pseudochromis
2 Yellow Tail Damsels.

This is to be expected in a new setup. Wait for the cycle to finish and then slowly add cleaning critters. It took about 5 months for mine to clear up and not occure again.

So how long to wait till cleaning crew additions? just cycle period which is when levels have dropped to nominal or longer?

I have read other posts about this and there have been varying opinions.. :?:

You can add them after the cycle, but remember they will also add to the load on the tank, so add them accordingly. Don't buy a bunch and drop them in. Buy a few here and a few there.
