ok....here is Marine Depot's description of this fish....

The Novaculichthys taeniourus grows up to 12 inches. The Juv. Dragon Wrasse prefers a tank of at least 80 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim. The Novaculichthys taeniourus is a carnivore and likes to eat variety of chopped crustaceans, fish pieces, shrimp, shellfish, squid. The Dragon Wrasse is a medium/high maintenance fish and may act aggressively toward other fish. Not reef-safe. Will attempt to jump out. Sand substrate would help. Must be fed a few times a day or it may starve. Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F). The Dragon Wrasse is commonly collected from the Indian Ocean.

doesn't sound like they think it is reef safe....

Another thing with Dragons is that they like to move rock and things around in the aquarium.
