I have been doing fresh water for years and now been doing salt for a little while. I never came to the net for information and just hit the local fish store or book shop. Can someone give me the run down on acronyms so I can feel like I am getting something out of these posts? Thanks

LFS= Local fish store
NH3 =ammonia
LPS= Large Polyp Stony
NH4+ =ammonium ion
SPS= Small Polyp Stony Coral
CO2 =carbon dioxide
RO= Reverse Osmosis Grape
(OH)2 =calcium hydroxide
DI= DeIonizer
NO2 = nitrite
DSB = deep sand bed
FO = fish-only (tank)
FOWLR = fish-only with live rock (tank)
LPS= large polyps stony (coral)
LR = live rock
LS = live sand
RTN = rapid tissue necrosis
SG = specific gravity
QT = quarantine
MH= Metal Halide Crystal
NO3 = nitrate
FLO= Flouescent
N20 = nitrous oxide
NO= Normal output
N2 = nitrogen gas
HO= High output
I = iodine
VHO= Very high output
Sr = strontium
PC= Power compacts (lighting)
Ca = calcium
TWP= Tap water purification
Cu = copper
WQ= Water quality
N = nitrogen
FWIW= For what its worth
NaHCO3 = bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
IME= In my experience
NaCl = sodium chloride table salt
IMO= In my opinion
CRI= Color rendering Index
GPH= Gallons Per Hour
GPI= Gallons Per Inch
PVC= Polyvinyl chloride
HOB = hang-on-the-back (filter, equipment)
PPM= parts per million
GPD=gallons per day
WPG=watts per gallon
CaCO3 = calcium carbonate
