Im gonna start looking at fish to stock my 70 gal.I was looking at doing a tank with all triggers.Ill soon be able to get them all at wholesale so price doesnt concern me.My main concern is overload and if they will all get along.I read somewhere that when triggers are bought small they are docile and will stay that way through adulthood as opposed to being aldults when caught in the wild.Is this true?

hmmmm.....I don't know if I'd buy that.....if anything I'd say living in the confines of a tank would generally tend to increase the agressiveness of a fish compared to the wild....
I'll do some checking around on trigger compatiblity...but I'd say initally that mixing species or even keeping more than one trigger in a tank probably won't work. Just my guess at this point. I've kept triggers in community FO predator tanks, but never more than one trigger per tank.

In my 35 i keep a larger bursa trigger and a humma together and they really like eachother. The humma is about 2 inches smaller and he just tags along the bursa.

It would be cool to look at, but often times Triggers (especially the Huma Huma ) will change from peacefull to aggressive or territorial, and desimate a whole tank.
I would make sure these fish have enough room in the 70 gallon at their adult sizes before putting them in there... :)
