what size tank would you recommend to keep one of these fish happy?
I have read on seperate occasions that they grow to six inches, or to 10 inches (a big difference) which is more accurate?
Thanks for the help

What is the Scientific name of the fish you are referring to.
I know of 2 different fish referred to as the Regal Tang?

Paracanthurus hepatus also known as "Dory"
I have seen them at about 7" - 8" and no more, but that's only me. Based on that, a 200 litre tank should be fine, so long as there is hardly anything else in there.

The comon name referred to here in Ohio is The Blue Morpho Tang.
Paracanthurus hepatus can attain a maximum of 12.2 inches in the wild according to Scott Michaels. So 10 inches in the confines of a tank is possible under proper conditions. :)
