I have two blue/green reef chromis at the moment and am feeding frozen brine shrimp (you know the little cubes in a pack). They are about 2" long - how much should I feed them...?

Feed them enough so that the leave little to nothing uneaten. For just the 2 of them, you should vary the diet. Offer flake and frozen foods, even fresh sea foods from the grocery store.

If you have an abundance of live rock, then they will likely find food living in and on it as well. Just keep an eye on them, and don't let their stomaches get concave. They should appear full most all the time.

How much to feed is hard to quantify. Just make sure that you don't fall prey to their "puppy dog" begging. They may seem to always be hungry, but feeding them to much will pollute the water, and be worse for them in the long run.... :)

I think I under feed them if anything because I use about 1 cube a week... Should I up it a bit more?

I would suggest small feedings 2 or 3 times a day. Maybe on or 2 cubes a day, as long as they eat it all. :)
