what is this powerhead?

In the picture below of h3ro's tank, anyone know what the huge powerhead is on the the left side?

I know you can buy those rotating arms made by RIO for RIO PowerHeads... But the powerhead itself looks like an Aquaclear with blue tube on to connect the RIO arms to it...

But it has 'Filter' on the side - the Aquaclear does not...
