Selling Frags in England

I have a friend who is thinking of selling a few different frags he has made progress with and would like to know if there is anyone in the UK (England mainly) that would be interested in buying/trade.

They are not ready yet, but I'm head hunting early...

Any ideas about shipping/collection ?
