i was wondering if any one had any bad experinces with this fish, i know chromis are supposed to be the most peacefull damsal but has anyone had one that was aggresive, also would it get along with a purple chromis if they were kept as 1 and 1, or would it be better to get 2 of the same kind
thanks

I had two blue chromis in my tank and I never really seemed to have any trouble with them. As for them gettin along with the purple chromis I dont think that there should be a problem
some times a larger cromis will fight with a smaller for territory
I see mine go after eachother a little, never really a huge deal.

would they bother other fish such as a clarkii, gramma, or firefish, still trying to decide if i want these or the cardinals, my 55 has about 120lbs of lr so there is many places to hide, also are the blue chomisis more peacefull if they are only kept with one of its kind
Not A 100% Sure :hmm2: But It Might Go After The Fire Fish
Blue chromis can be aggressive or territorial. Although a nice schooling fish, the purple chromis, IMO, are perhaps the most timid and meek of the chromis, preferring to hide most of the time.

I love the blue green chromis and I've never had them bother any of my other fish. They are gorgeous schooling.
