Hello reefers,
I wanted to say hello to everyone and thanks Zack for letting me know about this new board. I can't wait to share some ideas and also get some ideas at the same time.
A little about me. I have been keeping saltwater tanks since 1986 and all in the Portland, OR area. I've seen stores come and go. And have setup tanks using U/G filters (yes you read it right) to wet/dry trickle filters to now using a DSB. But this is about to change. I'm currently into SPS and breeding Bangaiis, but also keep other LPS and softies. My main tank is a 224g with 90% SPS and 10% softies and LPS. I keep 6 prop tanks to help keep my trimming and also use it to experiment on different lighting and other corals to see how they do under other lights.
I don't own a LFS, but have a little side business selling my captive frags on-line at URL Rainbow Corals (http://www.rainbowcorals.com).
Well enough about me and if you like to see my entire setup, please visit my URL Homepage (http://www.romperroo.com).
Thanks and look forward to chatting more.
