haha. listen i am not going to preech to you on the fact that you system can possibly hold more than 10 fish no matter the size, and be sucessful in the long term. i have tried it more than one and failed. what you need to do is pick which fish you love the most and get rid of the rest. but no more than ten and that is way more than is reccomended. my i also ask what you system paramaters. but yes you have too many fish.
good luck,

well the tank in question has been setup for ten year but recently moved about 200 feet from the pet store i work at to my house... same live rock water and crushed argonite. i got the tank cause we are moving our fish room and i wanted the tank cause it was cycled and all so made the move in about 30 min... anyways it has a tidepool sump prizm skimmer and fluval 404 on the sump. it also has two massive jebo power heads with prefilters that are changed ever 3rd day with 5 gallon water change every week... what ya think, 6 weeks since the move everything has done great accept the angle that had to go back for picking on the clams...

would you please list all of the fish you have, i still say you should get rid of some but im no going to comeover and rip them out. but think about it from the fish's point of view.
some things you may want to do is put chetloporthea(sp) macro algea in you sump and light it with so no lights or pc if you can. it will help with nutirant export. that way you fish may feel alittle bit better.
im getting a fuge
2 percula clowns
2 damsels
gungeon gobie
bicolor blenny
sailfin bleeny
dragon gobie
pair of yellow watchmans
2bangii kardis
dusky jawfish and a little black fin gobie that lives with him
10 or so hermits
10 or so snails and 5 or so sand sifting

Although I am very impressed with the fact that in order to keep this number of fish alive successfully in smaller than commonly acceptable quarters, it does show your attention to water quality. I thought I saw a post where you said you had been keeping fish in this tank running for 10 years. After ten years you must be doing something right.
The question I have is what may be happening in your tank that would make you question the number of fish you have in the tank now? Or did someone else question this, and I missed it? :)
