I have as well, but have had trouble with some of their pricing compared to others, although they do an alright job...now that I own my own LFS, nothing beats my prices except distributors :wink:

Well, I Ordered 46 Punds Of Precured Live Rock From Them And When I Received The Live Rock The Styrofoam Box Was Covered With Ants And Flys And Wet Newspaper Was All Over The Rock. When I Dipped The Rock And Did All The Stuff I Needed To Do I Put it In My Tank ANd Noticed Some Type Of Crusty Build Up And It Had A Terrible Smell. When I Tried To Peel It Off Underneeth Was All Black. I Also Notice There Was A Ton Of Die Off. So I Called Up And Spoke To (edited) And This Guy Was Not Nice At All So I Hung Up With Him And Called Up The Next Day And Spoke To A Guy Named Jim Who Was Extremly Nice And He Sent Me A New Thing Of Liverock No Questions Asked. He Didnt Even Ask For The Other Rock Back. If You Need To Ask Them Any Questions Ask To Speak To Jim.

i ordered some sea horses from them, back when i had seahorses. and when they arrived two of the bags were poped and barely anywater remained, i ended up saving the horses. but i did talk to a real A**h*** there and he said that it happens some times and there is notin you can do about it.

so i no longer do buisness with the live portion of there store.

Jared, you probably know this but marine depot has distributor pricing and IMO are not too bad, but sometimes buying from a local distributor is can be cheaper, or not. I purchased a CSL 48" PC with moonlight from the local distributor and MD was cheaper.

I ordered my MH light bulb from here at a VERY good price. I will order lighting supplies from them in the future- However the man on the phone made it known to me that the livestock and dry goods are run by two completly different companies- I dont liek their selection of livestock and it seem s abit overpriced- Will not order live from them.
